Release of Resident Information

Project SOAR Recovery Residences does not disclose, give, sell or transfer any personal information about our residents or prospective residents, unless specifically required for law enforcement or statute reasons. We have a responsibility to strictly adhere to protecting the security and confidentiality of our resident’s personal and health information. Scholarship applications and supplemental documentation submitted to Project SOAR Inc fall under this clause and is protected information. We will not release any resident information without a specified written consent from the resident. Such disclosure is only permitted under legally concise elements of current federal laws. Each staff member is dedicated to upholding these standards in all verbal, written or electronically transmitted communications and records.
