Scholarship applications and supplemental documentation submitted to Project SOAR Inc fall under this clause and is protected information. We will not release any resident information without a specified written consent from the resident. Such disclosure is only permitted under legally concise elements of current federal laws. Each staff member is dedicated to upholding these standards in all verbal, written or electronically transmitted communications and records.

We may disclose your information if necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct. Disclosure may be required by law or if we receive legal process.

• Data Collection: We will collect your name, email address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. The information will be collected via the website contact form, admissions application, or our third-party property management provider, Buildium.
• Data Usage: We use your data solely for sending communicating important updates, announcements and reminders related to our services.
• Data Security: We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Data Retention: We retain your information as long as you subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
• MESSAGES AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY: Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
• Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our  within 24 hours.
• You can send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email and website. We are here to help you.
• Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, unless you agree to this when you submit an application via our third party application system Buildium.
• Project SOAR Recovery Residences will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers.

Can I change/modify/delete my contact info?

Project SOAR givers users the option to modify their contact information previously provided. In addition, you may send your change/modify/delete request via email to info@projectsoar.us

Adware Policy

Project SOAR does not embed advertising (adware) in any of our software, for two principal reasons. First, adware can be used to monitor your use of software (such as sites selected or files used) or to provide demographic data about you to third parties. Second, we consider it very important not to compromise the quality, speed, and ease of use of our software by displaying ads in it.
