Pre-intake

Project SOAR's Admission process begins with a comprehensive pre-intake assessment over the telephone, where personal questions are asked to understand an individual's particular needs, medical history and short- and long-term goals.

Our specialists will determine the most suitable placement among our various recovery residences. During this phase, we also provide a brief explanation of our minimum program standards, ensuring that potential residents are fully aware of our expectations before entering the program. Prospective residents are encouraged to apply online prior to conducting our pre-intake assessment.

By completing our online application, our team will be able to complete your pre-intake and provide an admissions decision typically the same day. For those are unable to complete the online application, we welcome them to give us a call at 954-900-9980 ext 0 and we'd be happy to assist! Admissions specialists are available Monday-Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
