How Do I Pay My Rent?
Project SOAR's Resident Portal enables you and your family/loved ones to make credit or debit card payments, obtain a barcode to pay with cash, view upcoming rent payments, receive rent reminders, view your rental payment history, and participate in community discussions with residents from neighboring Project SOAR Recovery residences. Residents are required to provide an email address in order to create an online resident portal account and pay their rent, otherwise they will be required to pay with cash via the PayNearMe system utilizing a barcode that is provided to you by their Program Manager. How Do I Setup My Resident Portal Account?
Residents must submit their email address to Project SOAR in order for us to activate their resident portal account. Once we receive your email address, an invitation will be sent via email to set up their account and create a password. If the resident does not have an email address, they will be required to pay their rent via the PayNearMe system. If a residents family member/loved one has an email address, the resident may, with the permission of that person, use their email address to create their account. Can Someone Other Than a Resident Pay?
Of course! Project SOAR understands a residents family/loved ones are often involved in the recovery process and that often entails with them assisting financially. If the resident has an email address on file and has already setup their account, you will need to log in with their email address and password. If the resident does not have an email address on file and the family/loved one does, we can create the resident account using the family members email address. Click the "Update Your Contact Info" button above and we will email you an invitation to setup the resident portal account within (24) hours. Need a Barcode To Pay with Cash?
Simply login to your Resident Portal Account and click on the "Get Barcode" button. Type in your zip code, click your nearest payment location and enter either a phone number OR e-mail address and we will have the barcode sent directly to you! Should you require a paper copy, please notify your Program Manager. Forgot Your Password?

Project SOAR INC maintains a no-refund policy on all rent payments and processing fees. There are no exceptions to this policy. Late Fee Policy:
A $10.00 late-fee will automatically be applied to a residents account if payment is not received within 1 day of its scheduled due date. To dispute a late fee, please click here. Proof of Residency:
Residents requiring a letter confirming their residency at Project SOAR may contact a representative via email HERE. Please include the residents name and date of birth. Your account must be current in order for us to process this request. Accounts In Collection:
Multiple attempts will be made to resolve an outstanding balance with every resident. Should our efforts fail to yield a payment arrangement, the account will be forwarded to Fidelity Capital Holdings for collections. To inquire about an account that has been placed for collection, please contact Fidelity Capital Holdings via telephone at 1-818-502-1981 Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm PST. You may also send your inquiry via US Postal Service to PO Box 3963 Glendale, California 91221. Please include your name, address, phone number, account number, and list Project SOAR Inc. as the creditor. Project SOAR Billing representatives are unable to answer any questions regarding an account that has been forwarded for collections. |
