"I have been living at Project SOAR on 16th Court since March, 2016. I am paying only $525 per month for a room with another person. I have found my experience to be a very happy one. I am not bothered by anyone and am allowed to come and go. I did, in fact relapse in August, but I was allowed to go to meetings to make up for my misdemeanor. I am not a felon so I don't have to report to probation. However, I do have a problem with suicidal tendencies when things don't go so well. In Project SOAR, I get all the help I need. I sleep better and am generally a happy person here. I went on a program and was included in activities here at Project SOAR. I do recommend it here." Mitchell M.

"I entered Project SOAR after having experienced several other really negative halfway houses in south florida. I have been here for 4 months now and it has been a extremely positive experience and my life is finally turning around for the better. We just had a christmas tree decorating contest - the staff here really do care about the residents. They brought us a big christmas tree, lights and even decorations. For thanksgiving they brought us turkeys and food for those who did not have family. Great place! Thank you" Michael M.
